Both Fish and Dragonfly have stamp work to define the piece.
Bale has a 1/8 of an inch opening and pin is 1 3/4 inches long.
Piece is 3 1/2 inches long (fish tail to dragonfly’s antenna) and 1 1/2 inches wide.
Stamped signature on the back “Sterling LC”.
