Turquoise round set on a Sterling Silver and 14kt Gold Zia pendant.

The Zia symbol to the Native American’s is the sacred number which is embodied in the earth with its four main directions; in the year with its four seasons; in the day, with sunrise, noon, evening and night; in life, with its four divisions – childhood, youth, adulthood and old age.

It is also the state symbol on the New Mexican flag.

14kt Gold overlay is on the tips and bale with oxidized silver sounding the overlay.

Pendant measures 1 1/2 inches long (includes bale) and 1 1/8 inches wide.

Bale has a 1/24 inch opening.

Stamped “HB”, “14k”, and “Sterling” on the back of the pendant.
